Do you have thoughts about service? You are a very serviceable soul! Just consider how you serve your body.
You brush it’s teeth, you wash it’s face, you remove the wastes and then bathe the body with a pleasing temperature of water. Then you adorn it with a set of clean clothes by which you can prevent it from getting dirty or feeling cold and for general protection. How lovingly you care for it’s tastes! How much you want that it should remain healthy! How much you care for it’s looks!
You would never want it to go around with unkempt hair would you? When it is tired, you lay it down so gently onto the bed and lovingly lull it to sleep! When it is very tired, you gently separate yourself from it so that you don’t make it dream!
Think. What loyalty! What dedication! What humility! You forget yourself when you are serving it. This is true service.
Think. Do you serve God with so much love?
