Mindfulness

Learning more has its limitations. Mastery of the essence is all that is needed...

In that context, came across the interesting quote from urbandharma at 43 folders post on mindfulness:

Don’t ponder: You don’t need to figure everything out. Discursive thinking
won’t free you from the trap. In meditation, the mind is purified naturally by
mindfulness, by wordless bare attention. Habitual deliberation is not necessary
to eliminate those things that are keeping you in bondage. All that is necessary
is a clear, non-conceptual perception of what they are and how they work. That
alone is sufficient to dissolve them. Concepts and reasoning just get in the way. Don’t think. See.

Never Battle

Something really worth thinking about... from relax7

Never Battle Never fight. Nothing is worth fighting for. Wisdom never
fights, it waits patiently, speaks positively, releases easily, sees benefit in
everything and envisions a future of abundance...knowing that all needs will be
met at the right moment, in the right way. If you think life is a struggle you
will always be struggling, If you think life is a breeze, your attitudes and
actions will convey lightness and easiness. And that's what attracts everything
you need, and much more. Make today a breeze not a battle.
