Human fraility is visible through interactions... That's the time when compassion is most needed. 'Seeking respect' is a hidden/subtle aspect of ego. Staying humble and low profile and being friendly to all is just lovely.
Souls have dramatically different feelings to the same opportunity... What works very well for one may be apalling to another.
