Feedback is valuable. Sometimes it takes a long time to realize the value. If maturity is lacking or there is attachment to the role; feedback is not well received.
Advice... someone has considered things and given advice. i need to understand and grow to use it. Especially when that someone is God.
Talk is not really required until its necessary... or to bestow blessings.
Time. Its a crucial resource in the confluence age.
